The memory of dreams has always been very subjective, as well as personal, so we choose the parts we want, to record, to archive, and to tell this story to others, in fact, that doesn’t stop the story from being interesting. So although dreams are subjective, I still hope to record this story as objectively as possible with sound.

Although we always remember those foods by the ways of optical, gustatory and olfactory, I want to a way that we can listen to the food, to record the special sounds that made between the saliva and pulverised food, between the process of chewing and swallowing. Which is so called Food memory.

Using fish as a metaphor, the piece explores how people understand freedom—either as something taken for granted or as a nuanced, shifting idea. Through personal reflections on human–animal relationships, it questions autonomy, captivity, and the limits we accept. It invites viewers to rethink what freedom means to them.
